Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
The provincial nomination program allows the provincial governments and territories to select their candidates to settle in their provinces permanently. The streams under this program are always changing without notice.
If you meet any of the three economic streams and have a destination province in Canada, you apply for nomination to immigrate to Canada. Provinces such as British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Prince Edward, nominate certain foreign nationals to immigrate to their respective provinces via the Express Entry system.

NOTE: The province of Quebec does not have a PNP. See their immigration website to learn more about their programs.
